Senior Executive Credit Management

• Evaluate and approve Hire Purchase (HP) loan applications and fleet applications
• Carry out independent credit review that includes review of loan appraisal on a post approval basis in accordance with industry best practice
• Responsible for evaluating quality of credit process and credit management in credit risk assessment including deviations of product guidelines/policies as well as thoroughness of approval process
• Perform Post Mortem review on Non-Performing Accounts that includes to determine the root causes and suggestion for improvement
• Maintain subject matter expertise in credit risk management processes
• Conduct or facilitate knowledge sharing with Credit Officers or any related team/department
• Competency in SAS, SQL programming or other equivalent and programming skills
