Job description:
Responsibilities:- - Establish and execute business plans to improve the sales and profits in IndoChina region
- Develop and implement distribution strategy in line with company’s strategies and policies.
- Develops and maintain long-term relationship with customers.
- Analyse the market to find new business opportunities with new product-market combinations within the business strategy.
- Hold full P&L responsibility for the Indochina business and deliver targets i.e Monthly sales forecasting, Annual Budget process, Monthly business reviews, Cost management & control.
Requirements:- - Minimum Bachelor degree in Marketing or Business Management or related disciplines.
- Minimum 10 years of business development experience in FMCG or Electronics or Consumer goods industry.
- Strong in setting and executing the strategy/plan, being strategic and yet hands-on.
- Good knowledge and understanding of P&L and driving margins.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
- Self-motivated, independent, driven, able to work under pressure.
- Analysis and problem-solving capability.
