Job description:
Title: Senior Customer Service Specialist Home based, 9 am to 6 pm till covid19 situation improves, after which office will be set up in Mid Valley, KL Job Description - Manage all flows of customer requests and issues via email;
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve resolution;
- Understand and gather product feedbacks from customers;
- Work with cross functional teams to streamline processes to solve customer issues accurately and efficiently;
- Ensure to deliver the highest standard of customer service(i.e. response and resolution times, client satisfaction, feedback management);
Job Requirements - At least 2 years experience in customer service;
- Fluent and native level of written English;
- Passionate and empathetic with solving complex problems from end-to-end;
- Strong skills in communication with cross functional teams;
- Strong learning abilities(i.e. Product & crypto knowledges);
- Being interested in crypto and digital assets;
