Job description:

Duties & Responsibilities: -

  1. Management Support
  • Leading with helicopter view to drive all projects
  • As a bridge to communicate different functions both internal and external customer
  • Food safety, cost effective and operation capability will be built-in criteria for running all product development
  1. New Product Development
  • Develop extension flavors and new products, including the processing procedures and techniques and product specification
  • Assist review and improve the application for new and current raw materials and packaging materials
  • Tackle problems encountered during processing and ingredients selection
  • Proactively initiating all R&D activities
  1. Technical Support
  • Provide technical supports on production issues, including processing procedures, preparation of ingredients and packaging processes to ensure the final products are safe and meet the required quality
  • Provide the technical support and training to internal customers
  1. Administrative and Communication
  • Review and established guideline and procedures for new product research and development to ensure that it comply with the HQ requirement
  • To communicate with the team and various functions to tackle problems, to establish objective and to co-ordinate new projects
  1. JOB SPECIFICATION

Education & Experience: -

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in food industry, preferring in Sauce related manufacturing
  • University degree in food science or related academic background

Requirements & Skill: -

  • Team player with good communication skills, leadership skills
  • Good command of English. 
  • Experience in project management
  • Knowledge in computer and data processing
  • Positive thinking, self-motivated, result oriented and accountable, mature to challenges
  • Willing to work in Bandar Enstek
