Specialization: FOOD TECHNOLOGY OR NUTRITIONIST
Job description:
Duties & Responsibilities: - - Management Support
- Leading with helicopter view to drive all projects
- As a bridge to communicate different functions both internal and external customer
- Food safety, cost effective and operation capability will be built-in criteria for running all product development
- New Product Development
- Develop extension flavors and new products, including the processing procedures and techniques and product specification
- Assist review and improve the application for new and current raw materials and packaging materials
- Tackle problems encountered during processing and ingredients selection
- Proactively initiating all R&D activities
- Technical Support
- Provide technical supports on production issues, including processing procedures, preparation of ingredients and packaging processes to ensure the final products are safe and meet the required quality
- Provide the technical support and training to internal customers
- Administrative and Communication
- Review and established guideline and procedures for new product research and development to ensure that it comply with the HQ requirement
- To communicate with the team and various functions to tackle problems, to establish objective and to co-ordinate new projects
- JOB SPECIFICATION
Education & Experience: - - Minimum 5 years of experience in food industry, preferring in Sauce related manufacturing
- University degree in food science or related academic background
Requirements & Skill: - - Team player with good communication skills, leadership skills
- Good command of English.
- Experience in project management
- Knowledge in computer and data processing
- Positive thinking, self-motivated, result oriented and accountable, mature to challenges
- Willing to work in Bandar Enstek
