Job description:

Duties & Responsibilities: -

1.Responsible for the achievement of E-commerce sales, distribution, stock keeping unit (SKU)offered and activities

2.Develop annual business plans for online business; deploy, lead and manage execution of theapproved annual business plan

3.Engage with all types of online store business (Lazada/Shopee Flagship Store, Grab/JayaGrocer, Astro Go, Big Pharmacy Home Delivery etc.) and increase online market share

4.Plan for monthly social content and promotional calendar

5.Manage A&P budgets and ensure the promotional budgets are efficiently and prudently spent

6.Work closely with Marketing team to ensure a clear understanding of the marketingobjectives, online store assortment planning and new product development direction, tofurther develop the business and execution of trade plans

7.Support the team with online activities (such FB Live from meat shop/frozen seafood) andcross-channel activities

8.Responsible for daily online sales operations, including new item/campaign setup, logisticmanagement, product page design, online content creation etc

9.Conduct monthly performance review and analysis to discover new trends/ technologies/activities to improve the online channels performances

10.Speed up the company's existing online business platform & marketplace to drive profitableand sustainable growth

Education & Experience: -

•Degree in Business Studies, marketing or related disciplines

•Minimum 8 years of experience in FMCG sales and marketing, preferably from leading MNCor distributor environment handling MNC principle. With at least 3 years’ experience in E-Commerce

•Experience in E-Distributor Management

•Willing to travel extensively
