Specialization: MARKETING OR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT|
- Managing a team of sales associates / senior associates
- Guide and mentor subordinates on merchant acquisition
- Source for leads, pitch and onboard suitable merchants
- Determine and identify sales opportunities to acquire, manage and build strategic relationships with national and multi-chained partners, in order to achieve the short and long term sales objectives together with the team
- A recognized degree in any field, coupled with at least 5 years of working experience, preferably with supervisory skills.
- Experience in e-commerce industry would be ideal for this role.
- Innovative problem-solving skills; able to dissect and identify problems and implement solutions accordingly
- Candidates with previous experience in sales or with existing contacts to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) would have an advantage in this role
- Excellent command of English. Able to communicate in other local languages would be an added advantage
