Company Background We are representing our client, which is one of the leading E-Commerce company in South East Asia. Our client is currently looking for a dynamic result oriented candidates to fill up the position.
Job Responsibilities
- Screening through end user application.
- To do QA & QC for the SKU type of products
- Investigate anomalies in our transaction and logged data throughout customer journey.
- Detect fraudulent activities on e-commerce transactions, based on detailed data and learned patterns.
- Respond to customer inquiries on fraud measures taken.
- Point out potential weakness in products, systems & processes.
- Carries out any related duties and responsibilities assign.
Job Requirement - Able to work In office at KL Eco City.
- Able to work in rotational, night or mid-night shift.
- Basic Microsoft Excel & Google sheet knowledge.
- Stable home based WiFI.
- Have own personal laptop.
