• Provide pre –sales system support to sales department to ensure optimum system  configuration between Canon’s products and client’s system.

• Supporting role in advising businesses on automation-related areas by proposing  

valuable automation solutions in the aim of improving businesses' performance.

• Ensure benefits of Canon products are clearly communicated and proven to  

customer and are successfully implemented upon conclusion of solution sales.

• Test and evaluate new products/feature to ensure compatibility and functionality

• Collaborate with sales & marketing department to gather market information to  

establish the terms & conditions and service charges of new products inclusive  

formulation of service policies.

• Identify training syllabus and implement training for all sales staff and branch  

system engineers.

• Evaluation and comparison of software solutions.
