Responsibilities

• Work on new opportunities and bidding activities including solution architecting, preparation of BOM, liaising with stakeholders on technical aspects, solution verification, proposal write-ups, customer presentations, clarifications, proof of concepts and other related activities;
• Guide customers and post sales team through successful demos and/or proofs of concepts;
• Responsible for scope discussions, finalization and documentation;
• Design, create, and deliver content that will enable the organization to sell, service, and support solutions;
• Improve/build new business models that are advantageous for both customer and the organization;
• Create, evaluate, and improve training pathways and skill development for Engineering, Support and Sales teams.

Requirements

• Must have practical and strong knowledge in Enterprise Network terminologies like routing, switching, WiFi, gateway security, load balancers, DDI, IPS, etc;
• Exposure to major enterprise vendors such as Cisco, Huawei, Juniper, Fortinet, Ruckus, HPE, etc;
• At least 1 year in Enterprise Network field as presales or 2 years as post sales.
• Good command in English and Bahasa Melayu;
• Ability to craft presentation materials, technical proposals and solution justifications;
• Positive working attitude. Able to communicate well with others. Team player;
• Willing to travel interstate and overseas if required.
