Job description:

Goodpack is looking for a Procurement Specialist to join our Global Shared Service Center team. This position will work closely with the Global Freight and Procurement team, based in Singapore HQ, to support procurement activities administratively. We are inviting highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team. 

KEY RESPONSIBLITIES:

  • Provide full admin support to Procurement and IT team in daily operations not limited to raise purchase PO, verify, and analyze invoices.
  • Perform data-entry and ensure all documents are properly filed and managed.
  • Create and maintain all procurement related database.
  • Prepare, Consolidate, and organize shipment details report.
  • Assist shipment booking confirmation and fulfilment for business units.
  • Support in coordination with Finance, Admin departments to ensure integrated internal controls, timely payment of vendors and full, auditable support documentation.
  • Support contract management
  • Other Ad hoc duties assign by supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma / Degree in Business Admin, Supply Chain, Logistics Management equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years relevant working experience
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
  • Knowledge on data / trend analysis
  • Good communication, interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills, able to interact with different levels of people
  • Strong team player
  • Ability to Meet Deadlines
  • Ability to work independently or in a team environment as needed.
