Job description:
- Attends to both potential and existing team members by answering product and service questions, as well as providing information on products and services
- Key in team members orders
- Attend to team members complaints
- Prepares daily sales report
- Solves customers’ problem, which may be complex or long outstanding problems
- Attend events with customer for product related matters
- Advises member to send back the damaged and defective product for exchange
- Key in and records the exchange in the particular member’s account
- Coordinates and ensure the deliveries for repaired or exchanged items upon completion
- Handle team members compliance cases
