Supplier Lifecycle Performance Administrator

JOB PURPOSE  

Responsible for global vendor master data set up and approval process in Ariba and MDG to ensure accuracy and data integrity throughout the supplier lifecycle.  

RESPONSIBILITIES  

Ariba Supplier, Lifecycle and Performance Vendor Request Reviewer  

Gate keeper and reviewer for new vendor requests originating in SLP.  Initiates SLP supplier registration process in a timely manner and reviews all registration information for accuracy and completeness for approval or denial. Tasks include request review, request enrichment and clarification, answering supplier questions, follow up on delayed registration requests, and responsibility for approval of data into our systems.  

MDG New Vendor Data Completion and Accuracy  

Complete new vendor requests in MDG utilizing data from SLP forms. The necessary actions will depend on the nature of the new vendor but may include company code extension, purchase org extension, new vendor creation for partnering and change request to partner vendors.  

MDG Vendor Change Reviewer  

Gate keeper and reviewer for change requests and new vendor partner requests originating in MDG. Required approvals depend on the requestor and fields changed but include all requests from those outside of corporate purchasing, extra attention to tax and banking details and reactivations.

Dun & Bradstreet Data Expert  

The global subject matter expert for Dun & Bradstreet data utilized in the vendor master data set up. Responsible to ensure proper hierarchy set up, contact suppliers to obtain duns number set up and review D&B returned data for accuracy and completeness.  

Ariba Supplier Performance Management Administrator

Create and manage SPM projects. Import and export data and perform other administrative actions in SM Administration area and access the Advanced View of supplier management projects. Responsible to manage supplier qualifications and disqualifications, designate preferred suppliers, create and manage modular supplier management questionnaires, and upload translations for questionnaire and form content.

Subject Matter Expert on Vendor Master Data Processes and Tools

Global subject matter expert for vendor master data tools, processes, and data. Participate in various projects that will impact or have vendor master data needs.
