IT PMO Project Manager

Huntsman currently has an immediate opening for a dynamic individual with proven capability as an IT - Project Manager located in Sunway Pinnacle, Selangor. In your role as a Project Manager, you will have overall responsibility for a project team that implement the solutions to support the project initiatives of IT and the Business.  You will work to ensure all project goals are accomplished according to specifications and business objectives, timelines, and budget.  Your responsibility will be to document and communicate project status to senior leadership.  You will work within the IT organization to ensure compliance with corporate PMO standards while performing a variety of tasks.

Prioritized Essential Functions Job Functions and Responsibilities:

• Manage lifecycle project from inception through completion ensuring alignment across each project.
• Guide projects, project staff/resources, technical leads and stakeholders toward achievement of project deliverable.
• Manage project resources and resource plan, identifying and resolving scheduling conflicts and dependencies.
• Ensure all projects are delivered in a consistent manner within established PMO standards.
• Support and guide communications between related projects, stakeholders, and the PMO.
• Maintain strategic view of project dependencies, relationships, and overlap.
• Manage project capital and operating expense budget, changes, and project budget impact analysis.
• Analyze and review new business requirement demand into related projects.
• Inform and escalate high priority problems to Senior Management.
