Job description:
- Control-M agent installation, configuration and troubleshooting.
- Control-M upgrade / migration from lower to higher version.
- Control-M integration with external applications/tools/DevOps /CI-CD/API
- Control-M integration with cloud (AWS/Azure)
- Control-M external plugin integrations such as SAP / Backup / Database.
- Control-M job scheduling and issue troubleshooting.
- JIRA / Confluence / ServiceNow / Adhere to KPI / SLA
- SQL / Oracle / Linux / Windows / AD (LDAP integration)
- SSL certificate installation / renewal
- Hands on experience on Dockers, Containers, OCP, K8s
- Documentation and reports (Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly)
- Troubleshooting of Control-M issues and hands on experience in fixing major incidents
