About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Executive to join our team based in Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in driving sales and achieving the company's growth objectives. What you'll be doing - B2B Sales & Outreach
- Conduct field visits to targeted business outlets (especially in F&B and entertainment sectors).
- Promote and sell client business packages tailored to commercial use.
- Legal & Compliance Advisory
- Identify outlets currently using unauthorized Android TV boxes or consumer accounts for business purposes.
- Educate and advise owners/operators on the legal implications, including potential legal action for copyright infringement.
- Propose business solutions as compliant and risk-free alternatives.
- Customer Engagement & Relationship Building
- Build rapport with outlet owners and decision-makers to understand their needs.
- Provide product demonstrations and highlight the value of client product (e.g., HD content, sports channels, reliability).
Sales Closure & Documentation - Handle end-to-end sales process: from consultation, package selection, to documentation and payment.
- Coordinate with internal teams for service installation and after-sales follow-up.
- Market Intelligence
- Gather insights on competitors, pricing, and usage of illegal TV services in the market.
- Share feedback with the team to improve outreach and marketing strategies.
- Target & Performance Driven
- Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Maintain records of visits, leads, and conversions using provided tools or systems.
