Job Description

• Install, manage and support complex network solutions, ensuring high availability, scalability, and reliability.
• Provide network support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for global enterprise network infrastructure.
• Maintain Data Center, Cloud, and Local network infrastructure for all regions: EU, AM, AP, CN.
• Work on incidents, problems, service and change requests in central ticketing tool.
• Proactively monitor network performance, analyze data, and identify potential bottlenecks or vulnerabilities.
• Ensure network security by implementing and maintaining firewall policies, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and other security measures.
• Develop and maintain Terraform modules and configuration for the provisioning and operations of Cloud Networking resources.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on network project and support experience is required.
• CCNP certification is an added advantage.
• Extensive experience in supporting complex network environments.
• In-depth knowledge of routing and switching protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VLANs, STP, MPLS).
• Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
• Strong understanding of network security principles and best practices.
• Experience with network monitoring and management tools (e.g., Cisco Prime, SolarWinds, Wireshark).
• Solid understanding of cloud networking concepts and experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work in on-calls work model (especially during weekends) and business travels that might happen (once per 3 months).
