Job description:

  1. Research accounts and emerging industry / market channels and distribution trends to influence sales strategy and make recommendations that can lead to long-term business advantages.
  2. Promote and monitor sustainable growth in distribution coverage of Bridgestone’s Family Channel store network.
  3. Facilitate and promote sharing of best practices in retail store operations, design and development.
  4. Effectively communicate and interact externally with channel and partner organizations as well as internal coordination with RHO to drive strategic business initiatives across the region.
  5. Seek opportunities to identify best practices and standardize price & promotion structures. 
  6. Set up reports detailing sales initiatives, MOM & YOY performance, on a regular and as needed basis.
  7. Collecting, organizing, and analyzing sales figures and present these findings to the management.
  8. Any other sales, administrative and projects assigned as and when required.
