Job description:

You will primarily be responsible for supporting our Sales Manager and Directors.





You will be responsible for: 


  • Assisting the Sales Team in all sales efforts for animal feed products
  • Managing and reporting clients accounts management 
  • Planning and managing product sales performances
  • Involving in prospects and product market research
  • Coordinating R&D trial supervision, product application trials
  • Responding to customers enquiries via phone, email, and in-person
  • Contributing in the product development and creating sales opportunities
  • Negotiating with new and existing clients for business prospects
  • Coordinating with other departments as needed
  • Maintaining the CRM database

Key Activities

  • Coordinating product allocation and shipping schedules for a range of clients
  • Assisting management for Feed Account Management:
  • Day-to-day account management & communication
  • CRM maintenance
  • Preparing quotations, statements of account for customers
  • Monitoring contract end dates, working with Account Directors to ensure none expire
  • Credit control of client accounts, ensuring invoices are paid according to the payment terms
  • Preparing sales reports, pipeline forecasts, revenue reports


  • Handling and managing incoming enquiries
  • Trial coordinations


  • Feed sales activities
  • Online Promotional activities
  • In-person event attendance


  • Bachelor's degree in an Animal Science discipline. Candidates with degrees or experience in Agribusiness, Livestock Husbandry, Animal Nutrition are preferred. 
  • Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing.
  • Have design eye and skills to present first-drafts of product packaging
  • Creative, whimsical mind that branches out into uncharted seas; bold in experimenting ideas
  • Have a high level of adaptability and able to work independently and interdependently
  • Strong attention to detail and high work standards, ability to organize time efficiently;
  • Pro-active and independent thinking and problem-solving competence
  • Strong computer literacy, including word processing, spreadsheets and presentations
  • Comfortable working in outdoor/semi-outdoor environments
