Job Descriptions:

  • To handle inbound and outbound customer calls regarding overdue/over limit accounts, credit terms and clarify billings issues.
  • To work accounts, end to end (send necessary notifications, barring, suspension, device blocking and managing delinquent accounts as per Credit Policies.
  • To achieve Collections targets as per KPIs.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal & customer service skills.
  • SPM with 2 years of Tele Collector experience.    
  • Strong command of English and Malay (both spoken & written).
  • Computer literate, familiar with MS Office applications with keyboarding skills.
