- To handle inbound and outbound customer calls regarding overdue/over limit accounts, credit terms and clarify billings issues.
- To work accounts, end to end (send necessary notifications, barring, suspension, device blocking and managing delinquent accounts as per Credit Policies.
- To achieve Collections targets as per KPIs.
- Excellent interpersonal & customer service skills.
- SPM with 2 years of Tele Collector experience.
- Strong command of English and Malay (both spoken & written).
- Computer literate, familiar with MS Office applications with keyboarding skills.
