Who Are We

Since our establishment in 2003, our company has evolved from a small firm into a leading recruitment agency in Malaysia with a growing presence across Asia. With a diverse portfolio of clients spanning industries such as Manufacturing, FMCG, Banking & Finance, IT, Oil & Gas, and Telecommunications, we've successfully placed numerous professionals in various roles.

Our primary motivation is to become a trusted, dynamic, and strategic global recruitment partner. In June 2016, we took a significant step toward achieving that goal by becoming a hero brand of the global recruitment organization, Will Group Asia Pacific (Will International or Will). Will comprises 9 hero brands with over 640 team members across 20 countries and is active in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, the Americas, and the Asia Pacific.

Through the hard work and dedication of our team members, Asia Recruit has been acknowledged as one of the top recruitment providers in Malaysia. In 2020, the company was featured in Top 10 Malaysia magazine and was also nominated as a Top Recruitment Brand in Malaysia. In 2022, the company received the Caring Employer Award from Malaysia’s Social Security Organisation.
