Device Handler Mechanical Engineer

Responsibilities

• DH Mechanical Engineer provide mechanical solution especially SOC handler Change Kit (CK) and docking interface solution to Customer in ASP region.
• To support Sales Team for DH Business expansion and Handler Install base growth.
• Work with ATJ/ AMY Designer and customer for new CK/Docking Design and development consulting, design review for approval. 
• Developing Design Standard for each customer to facilitate design guideline for Designer. 
• Competent in CAD design, simulation, and documentation system control. 
• Continues of CK/Docking design improvement. 
• Project management and tracking to ensure successful project completion/ production acceptance. 
• Collaboration with FS team and customers. 
• CK/Docking buy off support. 
• CK/Docking and handling related issues escalation support and workout an effective short term and long-term recovering plan. 
• Ensure product performance goals are achieved and contribute ideas and recommendations for improving operational or technical performance. 
• Provide 1-stop engineering solution for device I/F related matter, solve device and change kit, Load board, docking related issues. 
• Support Sales team to expand DH business and IB growth. 
• Providing specification requirements, part no. and configuration for CK/Docking quotation. 
• CK IB tracking with clear visibility always. 
• Customer management with customer satisfaction. 
• Customer insight for capture business opportunities, challenges, issues with fair judgement to management. 
• Organize and conduct product and service presentations to customers. 
• Involving and support the company direction pursuing SMART Test Cell and SMART Factory solution to customers and business partners. 
• Duties and responsibilities as required by your immediate superior for purposes of job enlargement and/or job enrichment.

Requirements

• Degree/ Diploma in relevant education qualification.
• Fluent in CAD software 2D (AutoCAD, Cadra), 3D (NX, Solid works)
• Good mechanical design knowledge and basic electrical knowledge.
• Oversea assignment and project support are required.
• Able to travel with short notice for addressing urgent and emergency support demands from customers
