EV Ambassador (Full Time & Part Time)

Our client is a leading automotive company in the world, globally recognized for its innovation in electric vehicles, advanced technology, and sustainable energy solutions. As part of its strategic expansion, the company is strengthening its presence and service network in Malaysia to support the growing adoption of electric vehicles nationwide. In line with this growth, we are currently hiring EV Ambassadors to represent the brand and engage customers in key locations, including Johor Bahru, Penang, and Cyberjaya,.

A. Delivery Assistant

Objective of the Role
The Delivery Assistant acts as frontline support to help  company deliver vehicles efficiently, professionally, and with a high-quality customer experience.

The main objectives are:

• Ensure each customer receives a smooth, stress-free vehicle delivery.
• Support the delivery team by preparing vehicles and documentation in advance.
• Maintain  fast-paced, high-standard delivery environment.
• Assist with daily operational needs so the main team can focus on sales and service excellence.

Responsibilities

1. Support vehicle preparation for delivery.
2. Host on-site vehicle handovers.
3. Assist with documentation & delivery prep
4. Support Sales & Service teams with ad-hoc tasks

Sales Advisor  (Part Time & Full Time)
Objective of the role
Sales Advisor plays a key role in promoting company mission by driving electric vehicle awareness, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and supporting the brand’s expansion in Malaysia. The role focuses on educating customers about company vehicles and technology, managing the full sales process, and ensuring a smooth handover for new owners.

Responsibilities

1. Provide price quotations, financing options, insurance packages, and trade-in information.
2. Follow up with high-potential leads via calls, WhatsApp, emails, or appointments.
3. Support customers in ordering vehicles through online platform (as company uses digital purchasing).
