Responsibilities :

• Carrying out and coordinating Company payroll process for both local and foreign workforce
• Managing and coordinating the Company employees compensation & benefits policies and procedures as well as monthly employees payroll calculation
• Monthly payroll processing & prepare all payroll related files and reports
• Handling and ensuring the compliance to the statutory contributions requirements such as KWSP, PERKESO, Tax, HRDF and others
• Performing validation and checking on all pay elements and ensure full compliance with statutory requirements
• Coordinating periodic employees performance evaluation, salary review activities and any other rewarding schemes from time to time
• Assisting in administration of all HR compensation and benefits related policies and procedures
• Maintaining regular contact with all levels of employees in understanding their concerns and feedback to management for improvement actions execution
• Preparing periodic management report and recommending for continuous improvement suggestions
• Performing other related duties as per assignment by management from time to time

Requirements :

• Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field in manufacturing industry.
• Able to maintain high confidentiality at all time and knowledge in SAP HR module will be an added advantage
• Good knowledge and understanding the interpretation of employment related Acts and other relevant regulations
• Computer literate and well versed with Microsoft application
• Well organized, detailed-oriented and able to work independently under pressure
• Good interpersonal relation skill, able to communicate with all levels of staff
• Well conversed in English and Mandarin will be added advantage
