Job description:
Responsibilities: - Ensure that safety and quality objectives are met during the project lifecycle
- Identify any safety and quality incidents to prevent recurrence and improve future project outcomes
- Monitor quality work against project plans and update top management from time to time
- Evaluate the performance of project staff and make recommendations for improvements
- Monitor trends and developments in safety and quality management to ensure that the organization remains up-to-date
- Ensure quality standard comply with project specification
- Propose appropriate action plan to top management to continuously improve.
- Report on any relevant project quality risks, quality issues, and concerns to the top management
- Conduct ad hoc audits or investigations into particular quality problems
- Provide support in the development of Quality culture
Requirements: - Minimum a Degree holder in Engineering or any other relevant field
- Minimum 5 years of Quality working experience in transportation (train) industry
- Able to work independently under pressure within tight deadlines, and possess a high level of integrity
- Analytical and resourceful
- Willing to work in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan
