Job description:
RESPONSIBILITIES - Regimented calling to debtors for > 61 days delinquent bucket, Multi-tier product and other to meet the department KPI.
- Timeliness in execution of repossession activities and support in the redemption vehicle.
- Initiate site visits & searches to ascertain whereabouts of uncontactable hirer.
- Data mine IT System to provide information for analysis and feedback of delinquency trend and buying credit risks.
- To support ad-hoc tasks from time to time assigned by superior/manager.
REQUIREMENTS - Minimum Diploma/ Bachelor holder in any equivalent professional qualification.
- Minimum 1 – 2 years of related experience in collection. However, Fresh Graduate is welcomed to apply.
- Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
- Able to work assigned shift hours and have flexibility to accommodate possible weekend assignment , Data mine IT system.
- Team player with good interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure.
- Well verse in using Microsoft Excel and Word.
