Job description:
Responsibilities: - Accept and Process Purchase Order to Sales Order timely.
- Generate Delivery Note (Normal Order).
- Generate Invoice to client upon shipment.
- Coordinating with factory/warehouse on monthly delivery schedule and shipment documents.
- Issue pack/ship instruction request to Logistic team.
- Generate stock outstanding report.
- Check schedule arrival and on-hand stocks.
- Support/back up team member on related order admin matters
Requirements: - Knowledge of all or some supply chain functional areas, order fulfilment, customer service and/or logistics.
- Proficient with MS Office tools, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Minimum 1 year experience in order processing. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- At least Diploma and above.
