Specialization: IT OR COMPUTER SOFTWARE Job description: Plays a key role in projects related to Business Intelligence, Reporting and Data Analysis products and solutions development 1. This position serves as a technical point of contact for information systems supporting Group Procurement operations. 2. Work closely with other subject matter experts in data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows of process improvement opportunities. A. System New Implementation, Change Request Management & Deployment: i. Understand each project requirements that involves the application of business rules and logic, functional requirements, analytical requirements, and visualization requirements ii. Assist in developing the change requests scoping, development of new requirements to engage with external vendor for system enhancement iii. Performs quality assurance and quality checks, and comprehensive testing (involve in creating test scenarios, test scripts for User Acceptance Test) and bugs/errors detection for every product/solution developed for the projects iv. Assist in monitoring and record the project progress, tracking logs and update for management if there’s any major roadblock which causes delay in project implementation B. Process Improvement i. Able to have proper methodology to identify areas of improvement through involvement of troubleshooting and gap assessment analysis ii. Able to capture potential future enhancements needed for on-going business needs iii. Coordinate implementation of changes and align with Department Digitalization roadmap/journey Requirements: • Tertiary education in IT or related technical field • At least 4 – 5 years relevant working experience in project management (e.g. user requirements, design, development, testing, migration) and applications troubleshooting, maintenance and support • Project implementation experience especially in Procurement related Enterprise systems (understand end-to-end procurement to pay ERP software applications, Oracle Business Suite SAP Ariba, iValua, Coupa, etc) including the scope on process improvement and change management • Knowledge/ Understanding of Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Machine Learning is an added advantage Apply Now Back to Job Vacancies |
