- Manage Mega Branch which is a financial one-stop centre and representative of Banking Group that offers all products & services of the Group to cater for the local market and business communities needs of that catchment area
- To engage, manage and address business requirements and financial needs of the local business communities such as SME, Corporate, trade associations, government agencies, local council & committee, local social centres, schools and etc.
- Responsible to lead and manage the Community Banking Model adoption in the branch to enhance customer experience with the company
- Provide leadership and management to the branch sales and operations teams to deliver the annual sales and growth targets as defined by Regional Director
- Responsible for all loans/financing, wealth, bancassurance and deposit products across retail and non-retail businesses
