Job description:
Job Responsibilities: - Participate, study, understand and analyze business & operations processes (Sale, Forecast & Shipping) together with user group for the purpose of identifying detail business process
- Understand application and business process to identify detail test planning script & documentation.
- Support project management – user acceptance test activities.
- Liaison between, users, internal IT members and vendor management. Actively involved in User Acceptance Test.
- Prepare E-learning training material, coordinating & conduct training.
- Continue to own know-how of business processes and functionalities of systems domain in charged and assist in exploring, studying new technologies and practices.
Job Requirements: - At least Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology, Statistic or equivalent with minimum 3 to 5 years of experiences.
- Sound knowledge of various IT application systems preferable in Enterprise Resource Planning, workflow and Sale & Distribution support systems (e.g. ERP/Dynamic 365 FO, Sale, forecast & Shipping).
- Business processes, systems and data analysis experiences & skills. Working experience as an active user (or superuser) in any manufacturing industries is an added advantage.
- System support, changes and ERP project implementation experiences.
- Knowledge and experiences in system development lifecycle process and practices
- Good in communication (Written & Oral), test planning and documentation (user manual/guide & test script for User acceptance test (UAT).
