Job Title: Senior System Analyst (ERP) Location: Meru, Klang
Job Requirements: 1. Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma / Professional Certificate in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or equivalent. 2. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar senior position, preferably within enterprise or manufacturing environments. 3. ERP Knowledge: Hands-on experience in functional (e.g., SCM), operational, and system support roles. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) is highly advantageous. 4. Technical Skills: Familiarity with SQL scripting, Power BI, API, web services, data extraction, and reporting tools is preferable. 5. SDLC: Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and experience in project implementation. 6. Problem-Solving: Demonstrated skills in analyzing, troubleshooting, and debugging application functionalities. 7. Additional Skills: Knowledge in technical processes, flow charts, database design, and web environments would be beneficial.
Job Responsibilities: 1. ERP Implementation: Serve as the functional lead for the implementation of Microsoft D365 F&O ERP system. 2. Process Analysis: Analyze and understand both current ("As-Is") and future ("To Be") business or operational processes with user groups to define valid requirement scopes. 3. Collaboration with ERP Consultant: Work closely with the ERP consultant to map existing business processes based on the defined scope. 4. Business Gap Analysis: Identify business gaps and collaborate with the ERP consultant to propose solutions that align with business needs. 5. Data Migration Leadership: Lead or guide users in finalizing migration data, including master data and opening balances, during data migration activities. 6. UAT Preparation: Assist users in preparing business scenarios for User Acceptance Testing (UAT). 7. User Training: Coordinate and conduct training sessions for key and end users, and prepare e-learning materials. 8. Process Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the business processes and system functionalities under your domain. Explore new technologies and practices as required. 9. Requirement Gathering: Gather and lead the implementation of new requirements due to changes in business rules, customer needs, or regulatory changes. 10. Regression Testing: Support regression testing activities (e.g., RSAT), including preparing business scenarios and parameter files following upgrades or new releases from the system provider.
