Job description:
Job Summary \n\nResponsible for handling end-to-end recruitment process. \n\n \n\nKey Responsibilities: \n\n\n\t- Source applicants through different channels including professional networks
\n\t- Screening and reviewing of candidate's profile and conduct pre-screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and fit for the role and the organization
\n\t- Engagement with candidates on the completion of assessment and interview scheduling
\n\t- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and interview panels
\n\t- Conduct phone call interview with candidates.
\n\t- Undertake documentation, maintain updates and refinements of recruitment operating procedures.
\n\t- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data in the applicant tracking system
\n\t- Conduct reference checks and background screenings on candidates
\n\t- Continuously monitor and evaluate recruitment practices to ensure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement Requirements:
\n\t- At least a recognised Degree in HR, business, or related field
\n\t- Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a large organization
\n\t- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and selection methods
\n \n\n \n\nRequirement: \n\n\n\t- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners
\n\t- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and proactive attitude • Process oriented with a good eye for details
\n\t- Strong team player
\n\t- Competent in Microsoft Office
\n\t- Able to work 100% on site
\n\t- Able to work with limited access to mobile phone
