Job description:

Responsibilities:-

  • Responsible for sales admin. & operation support to Regional Sales team / Business Development Manager to achieve company target of assigned company accounts
  • Manage the team to provide the account servicing on assigned accounts
  • Follow up on customer orders, forecast or inquires in a timely and quality manner
  • Coordinate the delivery schedule with internal and external customers
  • Review and monitor back orders and inventory control
  • Coordinate on global projects & sales promotion
  • Follow up local projects and prepare quotation
  • Prepare sales reports & business trends analysis if necessary
  • Follow up on the claims & complaints from customers
  • Meeting Company KPIs
  • Other ad hoc projects as assigned   


Requirements:-

  • Degree holder or above in Business Administration or related discipline
  • 3-5 years relevant experiences on senior or manager role of sales admin. in electronics / FMCG industries
  • Good communication, presentation, organizational skills and be able to interact with various departments
  • Attention to detail, good clerical and computing skills
  • Target-oriented, self-motivated and willing to learn
  • Work independently and under pressure
  • Proficient in MS Office, SAP knowledge would be an advantage
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, candidates who can speak Mandarin or Cantonese is highly preferred
