Job description:
Responsibilities:- - Responsible for sales admin. & operation support to Regional Sales team / Business Development Manager to achieve company target of assigned company accounts
- Manage the team to provide the account servicing on assigned accounts
- Follow up on customer orders, forecast or inquires in a timely and quality manner
- Coordinate the delivery schedule with internal and external customers
- Review and monitor back orders and inventory control
- Coordinate on global projects & sales promotion
- Follow up local projects and prepare quotation
- Prepare sales reports & business trends analysis if necessary
- Follow up on the claims & complaints from customers
- Meeting Company KPIs
- Other ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:-
- Degree holder or above in Business Administration or related discipline
- 3-5 years relevant experiences on senior or manager role of sales admin. in electronics / FMCG industries
- Good communication, presentation, organizational skills and be able to interact with various departments
- Attention to detail, good clerical and computing skills
- Target-oriented, self-motivated and willing to learn
- Work independently and under pressure
- Proficient in MS Office, SAP knowledge would be an advantage
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, candidates who can speak Mandarin or Cantonese is highly preferred
