Sales Engineer

Responsibilities: 

• Assists with start-up, development, and growth of Johor branch office.
• Meet and exceed KPIs and sales target of branch office.
• Identify current and prospective sales opportunities and close those sales opportunities.
• Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs.
• Collaborates with product sales colleagues to promote organization product and strengths to achieve sales growth.
• Conducts regular staff meetings to ensure that goals and objectives are clearly communicated with branch staff; provides guidance and leadership to enable staff to meet these goals and objectives.
• Demonstrating excellent customer service.
• Prepare and present report on branch performance.
• Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly.
• Oversees the day-to-day workflow of the branch.
• Work closely with operational team to ensure their work is completed successfully. 
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirement:

• At least 3-5 years of sales experience in Johor process industries or similar industries
• Need to be located in Johor area.
• Business thinker with good problem-solving skills.
• Excellent sales, customer service and interpersonal skills. 
• Familiar with process flow equipment servicing like valves and/or rotating equipment are preferred. 
• Ability to prioritize task, delegating when appropriate. 
• Computer literate with experience of Microsoft software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams and Outlook.
