Job description:

  • Responsible for the technical support in the company.
  • Ensure the normal day to day operations of servers, computers and other hardware/peripheral devices in office.
  • Assist in implementing short-term and long-term information technology solutions that meet the needs of the organization.
  • Supervise projects activities.
  • Create and maintain a project schedule for each project by identifying and monitoring.
  • Monitoring the daily progress of projects and ensuring project deadlines are met.
  • Manage expectations, control and track project performance.
  • Reporting project status on a weekly basis to customer and the project team.
  • Coordinate with other departments and organizational entities to identify and monitor issues, impacts and dependencies.
  • Communicate with vendors and project manager to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
