Job description:
Job Responsibilities: \n\n\n\t- To visit houses /commercial premises and collect relevant information.
\n\t- To obtain new information from the visiting effort (e.g. new contact number/ new addresses)
\n\t- To assist collection team’s arrangement with customer when required.
\n\t- Involved for outstation in collection arrangement with client
\n\t- Create plans and strategies to obtain results
\n\t- Close monitoring and follow up of delinquent of each bucket.
\n\t- Provide favorable solution to customer
\n\t- Performs other duties as assigned
\n \n\nJob Requirements: \n\n\n\t- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking or equivalent
\n\t- Experience in credit recovery will be an added advantage.
\n\t- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
\n\t- Comfortable working with targets
\n\t- Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia & English
\n\t- Good in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
\n\t- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
\n\t- Must have a valid driving license (D/DA)
\n\t- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, training will be provided.
