Job description:
Role and Responsibilities - Deliver an exceptional customer experience by promoting awareness and understanding of products and services.
- Handle leads from online channels and guide them through a seamless end-to-end customer journey using our services.
- Schedule appointments for interested customers to meet sales representatives or visit the dealership.
- Manage inbound and outbound calls and correspondence related to sales and services.
- Provide accurate and comprehensive information to customers about our products and services through WhatsApp and calls.
- Maintain high standards in processing and updating customer records and correspondence, ensuring all customer information is logged into the provided systems/tools accurately.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets on a monthly basis.
- Keep the team lead updated by submitting activity and results reports, including daily sales updates and customer feedback.
- Assist in resolving customer complaints through calls, collaborating with internal departments for timely follow-ups.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
Qualifications and Education Requirements- Possess at least a Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Must have at least JLPT N2 certification or equivalent proficiency in Japanese.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 1 year of experience in Telemarketing, Sales, Customer Service, or related fields are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office, Notepad, and basic emailing tools.
- Strong organizational, communication, negotiation, and management skills.
- Ambitious, target-oriented, and motivated to take on challenges.
- Comfortable and confident working over the telephone.
- Knowledge of automotive products and services is a plus.
