Job description:

Role and Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience by promoting awareness and understanding of products and services.
  • Handle leads from online channels and guide them through a seamless end-to-end customer journey using our services.
  • Schedule appointments for interested customers to meet sales representatives or visit the dealership.
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls and correspondence related to sales and services.
  • Provide accurate and comprehensive information to customers about our products and services through WhatsApp and calls.
  • Maintain high standards in processing and updating customer records and correspondence, ensuring all customer information is logged into the provided systems/tools accurately.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets on a monthly basis.
  • Keep the team lead updated by submitting activity and results reports, including daily sales updates and customer feedback.
  • Assist in resolving customer complaints through calls, collaborating with internal departments for timely follow-ups.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
  • Possess at least a Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
  • Must have at least JLPT N2 certification or equivalent proficiency in Japanese.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with 1 year of experience in Telemarketing, Sales, Customer Service, or related fields are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office, Notepad, and basic emailing tools.
  • Strong organizational, communication, negotiation, and management skills.
  • Ambitious, target-oriented, and motivated to take on challenges.
  • Comfortable and confident working over the telephone.
  • Knowledge of automotive products and services is a plus.
