Job description:
We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Senior Recruitment Executive (Mandarin Speaker) to take the lead in hiring for senior-level and corporate positions. Job Responsibilities - Handle full-cycle recruitment for senior-level and corporate roles (e.g., General Manager, Head of Department, Finance, HR, Sales, Marketing, Operations, etc.).
- Develop strong partnerships with department heads and senior stakeholders to understand hiring needs and propose strategic recruitment plans.
- Source and approach top-tier candidates through platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networks, and headhunting methods.
- Conduct in-depth candidate assessments and competency-based interviews.
- Communicate professionally in Mandarin and English to support both local and regional recruitment efforts.
- Prepare and present quality shortlists, coordinate interviews, and manage the offer negotiation and onboarding process.
- Support employer branding and drive executive talent pipeline development.
- Provide regular hiring status reports and market insights to management.
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure proper documentation for all recruitment activities.
Requirements: - Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 6–8 years of solid experience in end-to-end recruitment, especially in corporate and senior-level hiring.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written) – required.
- Demonstrated experience in headhunting and building relationships with senior professionals.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple high-level roles simultaneously.
- Familiarity with recruitment systems, sourcing tools, and market trends.
