In Malaysia, our client originally operated under a different brand name and became a key player in the digital used car industry since its launch in 2018. The platform gained traction for streamlining the car ownership journey through innovative solutions such as AI-powered pricing tools, digital inspections, and end-to-end customer services.


Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding (Regional)


Location: Menara UOA Business Park, Shah Alam (HQ) with a regional coverage Indonesia, Thailand, Singapore, & Hong Kong


Employment Type: 1 year contract (potential for perm placement based on performance)


About the Role


We’re looking for a passionate and strategic Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding to lead our regional hiring strategy and build our employer brand across multiple markets. This role will play a critical part in ensuring we attract, engage, and retain the best talent to drive our business forward.


Key Responsibilities


Talent Acquisition (TA) :




  • Drive end-to-end recruitment strategies across the region, ensuring high-quality and timely hires.




  • Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and build strong pipelines.




  • Enhance candidate experience and champion DEI hiring initiatives.




  • Optimize recruitment channels, tools, and vendor management.




Employer Branding (EB) :




  • Design and execute employer branding campaigns that showcase our Employee Value Proposition (EVP).




  • Boost our online presence on LinkedIn, Glassdoor, career sites & more.




  • Partner with Marketing & Communications to deliver engaging brand content.




  • Build strong connections with universities, professional networks & industry groups.




  • Represent the company at career fairs and employer branding events.
