Location: Menara UOA Business Park, Shah Alam (HQ) with a regional coverage Indonesia, Thailand, Singapore, & Hong Kong
Employment Type: 1 year contract (potential for perm placement based on performance)
About the Role
We’re looking for a passionate and strategic Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding to lead our regional hiring strategy and build our employer brand across multiple markets. This role will play a critical part in ensuring we attract, engage, and retain the best talent to drive our business forward.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition (TA) :
Drive end-to-end recruitment strategies across the region, ensuring high-quality and timely hires.
Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and build strong pipelines.
Enhance candidate experience and champion DEI hiring initiatives.
Optimize recruitment channels, tools, and vendor management.
Employer Branding (EB) :
Design and execute employer branding campaigns that showcase our Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
Boost our online presence on LinkedIn, Glassdoor, career sites & more.
Partner with Marketing & Communications to deliver engaging brand content.
Build strong connections with universities, professional networks & industry groups.
Represent the company at career fairs and employer branding events.
