Telemarketing Team Lead

Job Requirements:

1. Must possess at least a Diploma/ bachelor’s degree in any fields.

2. 2 - 3 years of working experience in related field with team lead or higher relevant position.

3. Computer literate in Microsoft office, Google Sheet, and Emailing.

4. Have excellent organizational, management, communication, and negotiation skills.

5.    Must be fluent in English & Mandarin.

Job Description:

1. Consistently meets customer service standards.

2. Ensure the team is compliant with the Operational Process Standards and works within the SOP requirements of the client(s).

3. Assist management with teamwork board and productivity. Also, join conference calls and/or pilot programs as designated by management.

4. Prepare daily KPI report and monitor backlog of team members.

5. Supervise and develop team through learning & development, coaching, feedback & reviews.

6. To manage and schedule workforce during peak period.
