Job description:

Responsibilities:
- Prepare plans and schedules for regular and periodic maintenance in conjunction with relevant Department Heads and follow up on quality and execution. 

- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the service charge budget and expenditure.

- Ensure compliance and implementation of policies related to building by-laws, rules and regulations

- Ensure all Health, Safety and Environmental statutory obligations and industry best practice procedures and systems are adhered to.

- To handle all correspondence and administration of license application, ensure compliance and approval from relevant authorities. • Establishes liaison with local Government bodies and all-important Municipal Emergency Services i.e. PDRM, Bomba, Paramedic Services, and etc

- Facilitate coordination for tenants’ fit out works

Requirement:

- Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Post Graduate Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies / Administration, Project Management, Commerce or equivalent.

- At least 3 years’ experience in Mall operations and management position. 

- Experienced in handling Mall operations and facilities management, preferrable M&E background/knowledge.
