Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement advertising and promotions strategies to boost brand awareness and performance.
  • Craft a branding strategy to enhance the brand image.
  • Create an annual plan aimed at increasing sales performance.
  • Plan and manage the marketing budget, ensuring expenses stay within limits.

Operational Management

  • Keep accurate records of all advertising, promotions, and related expenses.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize marketing investment returns.
  • Provide analytics and insights to assess marketing activities' effectiveness.

Agency & Partner Management

  • Coordinate with advertising, event management, and PR agencies to align plans with the corporate brand image.
  • Establish standards for advertising and promotional materials.
  • Build relationships with strategic and potential business partners for joint promotions and sponsorships.

Communication & Promotion

  • Manage strategic communication channels, including ATL, BTL, digital marketing, and OOH.
  • Oversee internal communications with the Tenancy Relations team and tenants.
  • Handle external communications, media, and public relations.
  • Plan and secure promotional booths/spaces, aligning with the business model and corporate branding.

Campaign & Event Execution

  • Understand tenants' business models for successful campaign execution.
  • Set and review KPIs/Targets for advertising and promotions efforts.
  • Develop a loyalty program that adds value for customers.

Collaboration & Innovation

  • Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth execution of activities.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and digital innovations in advertising and promotions.

Creative Management

  • Assist in managing the Mall's creative and merchandising efforts.
  • Conceptualize and implement high-standard visual displays, both inside and outside the mall, for various projects.

Collaboration & Coordination

  • Work with advertising agencies to visualize concepts for promotional materials.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and contractors on materials, costs, and schedules for Mall decorations.

Quality & Standards

  • Maintain quality standards for visual displays and tenant promotions, aligning with the Company's policies and the Mall's identity.
  • Oversee the inventory of visual merchandising tools, equipment, and materials.

Innovation & Support

  • Develop innovative ideas and creative concepts to bolster promotional efforts.
  • Monitor the setup and dismantling of displays, ensuring adherence to promotional guidelines.

Quality Control

  • Ensure all visual displays meet the Mall's established policies, objectives, and identity standards.
