Job description:

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

Responsible for organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency. 

Accountabilities 

• Understand market demand, perform market research and develop a feasible leasing plan for the mall 

• Source new and suitable tenants in line with the tenant mix planning, establish and maintain good landlord-tenant relationships 

• Conceptualize and develop strategies that will increase tenant occupancy of the mall 

• To attend to all tenants enquiries pertaining to letting of vacant units and other spaces within the Mall 

• To handle the renewal of leases with existing tenants and to negotiate the effective terms and conditions of the lease and the renewal thereof 

• Preparation of MOU, Letters of offer and Tenancy Agreements, collection of deposits, follow-up on signing of agreements, coordinate with defects rectification, handling over of premises and etcs. 

• Liaise with respective department on complaints and disputes/issues raised by tenants to ensure that appropriate courses of action have been taken 

• Develop rapport with tenants, stakeholders, business partners, etc. 

• Undertake any other assignments as and when required from time to time 

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS 

• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Estate Management, Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent 

• Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience with exposure to luxury brand 

• Pro-active 

• Good communication and interpersonal skills 

• Good listening skills 

• Good organizational skills 

• Professional outlook 

• Self-motivated and enthusiastic 

• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets / deadlines 

• Good analytical ability
