Job Responsibilities:

\n\n

Channel Strategy & Transformation

\n\n
    \n\t
  • Drive channel transformation initiatives to optimize partner mix, coverage, and engagement models, ensuring alignment with Annual Marketing Sales Plan priorities.
  • \n\t
  • Conduct TAM/SAM/PAM analysis to identify growth opportunities across targeted channels.
  • \n\t
  • Conduct environmental scans to inform go-to-market plans.
  • \n\t
  • Define and evolve channel personas, integrating digital tools, training, and incentive programs to enhance partner experience and loyalty.
  • \n

Partner Profiling & Ecosystem Development

\n\n
    \n\t
  • Identify and prioritize high-potential partners using profiling tools and opportunity-fit models.
  • \n\t
  • Expand the partner ecosystem by onboarding and nurturing System Integrators, OEMs, and Tier 2 Panel Builders aligned with strategic verticals (e.g., buildings, infrastructure, manufacturing).
  • \n\t
  • Drive cross-segment synergies and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • \n
\n\n

Program Design & Execution

\n\n
    \n\t
  • Design and implement channel programs that enhance partner engagement, loyalty, and performance.
  • \n\t
  • Define commercial policies (rebates, MDF) and evolve channel personas through structured benefits.
  • \n\t
  • Lead the deployment of scalable marketing campaigns, co-branded initiatives, and digital tools to support partner-led demand generation.
  • \n
\n\n

Performance Monitoring & ROI

\n\n
    \n\t
  • Track and analyze channel performance using KPIs and dashboards to ensure program effectiveness and partner contribution to sales.
  • \n\t
  • Continuously refine strategies based on data insights and market feedback.
  • \n
\n\n

Enablement & Experience

\n\n
    \n\t
  • Deliver best-in-class partner experiences through tailored enablement journeys, including online learning, instructor-led sessions, and job aids.
  • \n\t
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Offer Marketing, Pricing, Commercial Excellence) to ensure alignment and execution excellence.
  • \n
\n\n

Job Requirements:

\n\n
    \n\t
  • Minimum a Degree in engineering, sales or marketing or related discipline.
  • \n\t
  • Minimum 8 years of solid experience in channel marketing
  • \n\t
  • Understanding of the channel, the technology ecosystem, and working knowledge of the fundamentals of technology.
  • \n\t
  • Proactive and contributing to the team with new initiatives to accelerate revenue
  • \n\t
  • Strategic thinking and good interpersonal skills.
  • \n\t
  • Fluent in English - both spoken and written.
  • \n\t
  • Willing to work in Selangor.
  • \n
