Job description:

Country Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Lead

This position is accountable for conducting analyses of occupational hazards and health and environmental risks and prescribing the preventive or corrective measures, equipment, training and education necessary to insure that the services team meets and/or exceeds the requirements of federal, state, and local regulations, codes and/or laws and company policies and procedures.

In this role, you will also be the main point of contact between local management and regional/global team for any security, facilities and real estate related topic for the organization.

What will you do?

•Act as the main point of contact for HSE, security, facilities and real estate related topic

•In charge of business continuity plan and act as key driver to lead the organization Safety Committee.

•Develop and publishes safety and environmental programs consistent with regulations and companypolicy.

•Perform job hazard analysis to identify loss potential of our systems and processes.

•Review and interprets loss data to discover causative agents and recommend appropriate correctiveactions.

•Review and revises location standards, policies and practices as necessary to assure they are currentand in concert with company and / or regulatory requirements.

•Assist with maintenance of ISO 14001 and ISO 18001 program requirements and certification

•Assist with accident investigations to ascertain causes in order to develop preventive safety measuresand programs

•Review and evaluates technical developments to measure applicability to our processes.

•Train associates, managers/supervisors and other employees in the areas of general safety andenvironmental awareness, specific program requirements and specific job requirements.

•Maintain required records, prepares reports and files as necessary to meet corporate and regulatoryrequirements.

•Utilize approved measurement procedures, such as cost stats and work sampling to evaluateperformance.

•Implement audits on targeted population.

•Organize and coordinates emergency response.

•Participate in audits and inspections of the location to ensure company objectives and regulatoryrequirements are met

•Follow safety KPI’s (safety plan implementation, safety audits, safety trainings) regularly and takesappropriate actions if needed.

•Conduct periodical facilities and security checking for the building ensuring that all office equipmentsand emergency plans are up-to-date and well maintained.

Your Main interactions:

•Internal Management team, Safety Committee, Field Services Operation team, Global HSE & RealEstate team, external customer (onsite), vendors (eg. facilities and security vendors and etc) and local regulatory / government authorities.

What qualifications will make you successful?

•Min Bachelor degree preferably with a focus on Safety, Health and Environment or other relateddiscipline.

•Min 3-5 years of relevant HSE experience supporting services / site environment.

•Candidate must be a DOSH Green Book Holder.

•Has a clear and effective communication skills with ability to present to others.

•Ability to work in a collaborative environment.

•Knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 18001 programs OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001.

•Experience with environmental permits (Stormwater discharge, Wastewater discharge, AirPollution, Hazardous Waste and etc)

•Experience in Ergonomic principles and improvement methodologies
