Production Manager

• Plan, implement and control the production schedule and ensure output quality and quantity are met the standards and target
• Lead, manage and optimize the resources utilization through effective production processes and control
• Ensure the documentation, record and specification are meet customer specification
• Monitor product standards and implementing quality control system
• Implement continuous improvement activities through cost reduction programs
• Work with Top Management to implement the company's policy in order to achieve company goals
• Ensure that safety & health guidelines are followed and implemented
• Supervise, motivate, provide leadership and development to the production staff as required to achieve the objective
• Track competencies & reviewing the performance of subordinate and recommend staff for training
• Prepare and maintain all the reports and the ability to work within the timeframe
• Ensure effectiveness of collaboration and coordination with other departments
• Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the Top Management
