Production Engineer

• Effectively allocate of resources such as manpowers, machinery, overtime and materials in line with company's quality objectives
• Recommend improvement in production's workflow to maximize the production efficiency while maintain the high quality standards
• Provide guidance and motivate team members to accomplish production goals
• Ensure all the documentation are properly maintained, updated and remain traceable as per ISO requirements
• To coach, lead and motivate production staffs in all aspects of production processes for optimum output and ensure quality work is done in a safe manner
• Work closely with inter departments on improving the machine efficiency, optimizing the process, implement yield improvement and cost reduction programs
• Maintain the housekeeping, 5S of the production and ensure production staffs operate follow the designated SOP  and procedures as set
• Implement cost saving measures and maintain budget spending
• To prepare production reports in a timely manner
