Job description:
Job Responsibilities: \n\n\n\t- Work closely with the Marketing Manager to plan and implement effective marketing programs that enhance brand visibility and business growth.
\n\t- Assist in the execution of marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, expand partnerships, and strengthen distribution networks, including day-to-day management of marketing campaigns, promotions, and both online and on ground events.
\n\t- Collaborate with team members to conceptualize and execute integrated marketing campaigns (online and offline), including brainstorming sessions to develop marketing strategies, programs, and budgets.
\n\t- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to plan and implement marketing campaigns for brand building and lead generation, ensuring alignment with overall company goals and targets.
\n\t- Gather, analyze, and present market insights, including brand performance, competitor intelligence, and industry trends to support strategic decision making.
\n\t- Support in managing the Malaysia International Referral Centre and agent activities, wherever applicable, to strengthen international healthcare partnerships.
\n \n\n \nJob Requirements: \n\n\n\t- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in marketing or branding
\n\t- Excellent command of English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken).
\n\t- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint. - Willing and able to travel frequently
