Expected to prepare and present ideas and deliverables on a regular basis, and research market trends and industry data to help MHTC stay on the cutting edge. Role Description - Work closely and report directly to Marketing Manager for North Asia markets in planning and delivery of effective marketing programs that achieve company objectives.
- Assist in execution a variety of marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, expand partners and distributions networks, including the day-to-day execution across marketing campaigns, promotions, online and on-ground events.
- Focus in growing the market share in Hong Kong, exploring Japan and Korea markets and provide supports in marketing initiatives in China market as and when needed.
- Collaborate with team members to execute marketing campaigns (online and offline), leading brainstorming sessions to plan the marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.
- Meet with stakeholders to plan and implement various marketing campaigns for brand-building and lead generation that align with overall company goals and targets.
- Help gather, analyse and present brand, competitor insights, trends, and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight, and assess against goals.
- Assist in establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
- Support in managing Malaysia International Referral Centre/agents/partners wherever applicable.
- Support the development and growth of the market database for remarketing purposes.
- Monitoring budget utilisation, participating in events, documenting business processes, and providing additional support.
- To assist with physical interpretation, as when required by MHTC.
