Company Overview

Our client, a leading organization dedicated to advocate for the healthcare travel industry in Malaysia, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager of Corporate Strategy. This role is critical in leading the development of corporate strategy, revenue and informatics that align seamlessly with the organisation's vision and mission. 

Key Accountabilities:

  • Corporate strategy - To lead the development and the implementation of the strategic and business plan for the company.
  • To provide market insights, assessment and forecast on the opportunities including partnerships outside of Malaysia.
  • Revenue - To lead the development and build business revenue stream strategy and the implementation of agreed revenue generating plans.
  • Serve as the internal leader and “go to” expert for revenue sustainability and strategic partnership (industry and market level).
  • Informatics - To develop and implement a comprehensive, holistic system, processes including detailed Standard Operating Procedures for collecting data for health tourism by working, collaborating and forming appropriate partnership with the Government, Private and relevant organisation both locally and internationally.
  • To develop and implement framework for data analysis, data interpretation and data visualisation from the collected data based on the requirement of the company.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders based on data analysis, helping them make informed decisions and drive business growth.

Qualifications & Relevant Experience:

  • Degree or higher in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in corporate planning, strategy, preferably in a Healthcare industry.
  • Proven experience in developing, tracking, and overseeing the implementation of company strategies.
  • Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning and execution in a leadership role.
  • Conceptual and design thinking skills with experience in business strategy formulation and implementation.
  • Strong analytical skills with the capability to set and track performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey strategic goals and progress.
  • Strong leadership skills to inspire and unify cross-functional teams towards a common vision.
  • Financial analysis and modelling skills to support strategic decision-making.
