Vice President, Healthcare

To lead the division of healthcare which comprise of healthcare excellence & optimization, transformative healthcare initiatives, membership & hospital liaison, strategic healthcare development and healthcare travel gateway.

• To lead the development and implementation of Augment and Coordinate strategy and plans.
• To lead the implementation of Integrative medicine for Medical tourism by working with all stakeholders.
• To establish, enhance the relationships with private hospitals, ambulatory care facility providers and other healthcare parties (MHTC Healthcare stakeholders) who are involved in Malaysia Healthcare Travel industry with the first priority for MHTC members.
• To monitor the relationships with MHTC Healthcare stakeholders, identify key interventions such as regular engagement activities, forum, dialogue, summit and more that would be beneficial in achieving the MHTC objectives.
• To implement MHTC initiated ventures including FMTH, in accordance to the implementation, plan, objectives and to work with all the relevant divisions in MHTC and other stakeholders.
• To lead the review of the entire Health Travel Ecosystem and to develop and implement appropriate strategies with the objective of enabling optimum or exceptional level of customer satisfaction working closely with MHTC Healthcare stakeholders, other stakeholders in the ecosystem and MHTC divisions.
• To establish itself as the platform to assist MHTC’s divisions in communicating with MHTC’s Healthcare stakeholders.
• To lead the continuous development, review and enhancement of the membership program of MHTC, including Secretariat for Technical Committee and Selection & Evaluation Committee
• Build and foster good working relationship with all other stakeholders of the medical tourism value chain, including bilateral and multi-lateral relations.
